The founder of Pilates once said, “In ten sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”. This famous quote is plastered all over Pilates studios (It’s an enticing saying, no?). All it takes to manifest this quote and transform your body is CONSISTENCY. I talk about consistency a lot, and for this reason — Someone can take thirty sporadic Pilates sessions and have entirely different results than someone who makes a habit of Pilates. A routine can look like once or three times a week, but it’s a weekly practice, scheduled into your calendar, and a PRIORITY. Exercise is easy to put on the back burner, but it’s the only thing that will give you clarity of mind during chaos. To truly transform your body and enhance your quality of life, you need to have a consistent Pilates practice. Joseph Pilates made a promise, but his promise is like a deal and you have to hold up your end of the bargain.
