Pilates

Pilates focuses on alignment with a special emphasis on Joseph Pilates' technique and methodology to strengthen and rejuvenate your body. Equipoise offers Private, Duo, and Group Pilates equipment sessions:  


Private sessions take a personal and tailored approach to body conditioning. The instructor works one on one to customize the practice.  


Duo sessions engage two participants through a series of exercises. Sign up with an accountability partner.  

Yoga

Equipoise extends Yoga practices virtually or for private, group, corporate, and social events. This practice integrates poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) that build a foundation for strength, flexibility, and balance in the body and mind.
