Semi-private sessions maintain the intimate, personalized feel of a private session with only two clients in each class. You’ll enjoy individualized attention, a supportive atmosphere & the added energy of a partner —without sacrificing quality or comfort.
Instructor Jobs & Training
Instructor Jobs
Instructor positions are available for certified Pilates instructors willing to grow their expertise in the Equipoise Pilates method. To learn more about becoming an instructor at Equipoise Pilates, please fill out the contact form with “Instructor Job” in the description.
Teacher Training
The Equipoise Pilates teacher training is a year-long apprenticeship program designed to educate future instructors in the methodology of Equipoise Pilates.
